Class Descriptions

Hot 26TM

All levels. Hot 26TM was developed to represent the marathon of yoga. Hot 26TM is practiced in a 101 degree room. This class challenges the cardiovascular system and improves your strength, flexibility and balance. You will detoxify your body for a healthier, slimmer and more energetic you! All levels are welcome. Train smart: hydrate before and after class!

In our Hot Vinyasa, we infuse Vinyasas (movements with breath) through yoga postures to increase the internal heat in the body. Hot Vinyasa is practiced in a room that is heated to 99 degrees.

Horizontal Hot: No, this class is not done lying down!  Its turning your mat parallel to the studio's mirrors and taking a new direction in hot class.  It uses the mirror as a tool to align and strengthen your postures.  It also takes you out of your comfort zone to push you to the next level while bringing your energy back into balance.  This class will be taught once a month.

Power Yoga

Students of all levels are led through a strong class with challenging postures and pacing. Sweat away the toxins, reduce stress levels. Use breathing techniques and yoga postures to direct your focus and create a new level of core strength and flexibility.

Power 1:
Beginning-Intermediate Levels
Power Mixed: All Levels
Power 2: Intermediate-Advanced Levels.
Power Hour: All Levels. This class is a shorter version of our Power Mixed class.

Power Vinyasa: All Levels. In this class, we infuse Vinyasas (movements with breath) through yoga postures to increase the internal heat in the body. The class sequence is powerfully designed so that you will burn fat, balance the mind and renew the body. Power Vinyasa is a great way to stretch your muscles, open your heart, and revitalize your body.

Kick Your Asana: Fun and exciting energy created by up-beat music, invigorating vinyasa flow (and lots of it!) and an inspiring message. Come on in and Kick Your Asana into shape!

The temperature in Power Classes, while cooler than the Hot 26TM classes, is aproximately 85-90 degrees, so please remember to bring some water and a towel--you'll definitely be sweating!
