Irie Star
Yoga Mat Cleansing Spray |
|
 |
The last
time you lowered in to Chaturanga and took a big inhale, were you
left wondering "What's that smell?!"
We've all been there.
The solution to your problem is one spray away! The yoga mat
cleanser by Irie Star
contains grapefruit seed extract and a blend
of essential oils including tea tree oil, lavender, frankincense,
eucalyptus, and palmarosa. Tea tree oil has a proven track record as
an antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral agent. Other essential
oils included in the blend are active antibacterial agents as well.
The essential oils also provide a pleasant scent (though not too
strong or overpowering) that helps encourage deep breathing for yoga
practice. Frankincense and Eucalyptus open up airways - perfect for
meditation and invigorating breathing. Lavender and Palmarosa
balance your body. It doesn't take much, just spray directly
onto your mat or onto a damp cloth and let the cleansing begin!

Helpful Hint!
Were you seeing stars in your last Hot 26™? Try drinking at
least 2 liters of water or eating a light snack of fruit before
your class. This should help to keep you hydrated and feeling good
for the whole class! |
