Through our yoga practice we are eternally learning the importanceof listening to our bodies. As we take more time to listen to our bodies, our physical and mental awareness continuously develops. September Schedule Changes! The following changes will be made to our class schedule. The date listed is when the changes will begin.
Wednesday, August 31 5:30-6:55 p.m. - Hot 26™ with Suzanne.
Monday, September 5 7:25-8:40 a.m. - Hot 26™ Flow with Lee Anne. **Also beginning September 5, we will no longer have Monday Hot 26™ Flow at 4:00 p.m.**
Starting Sunday, September 11 we will no longer have 7:45 a.m. Power Hour with Jaimi.
