Grace has been in the fitness industry for
over 25 years. Grace is Jiva
Mukti, Ashtanga, and Universal Yoga certified, has studied
extensively with Bryan Kest, and completed Teacher Training with
David Swenson for both the primary and intermediate series of
Ashtanga. Grace studied in-depth with Andrey Lappa, Sharon Gannon
and David Life, Bryan Kest, Richard Freeman, Rod
Stryker, Baron Baptiste and Nischala Joy Devi. Grace
leads workshops and Teacher Trainings in both Power Yoga and Hot 26TM, which she created,
developed
and holds the trademark. |

MyLinda Ann Morales Hutchings

MyLinda has been in
the health and fitness industry for over 25 years and has been practicing yoga since 1996. In March of 2002,
MyLinda became certified in Yoga of the HeartTM, Cardiac
and Cancer Teacher Training, and in 2004, MyLinda completed a two
year, 1000 hour, Professional level, Iyengar based Yoga Teacher
Education and Certification program through the Southern Institute for
Yoga Instructors, which Yoga Alliance has awarded the highest level of
registration possible for a teacher-training program. In 2006, MyLinda
became certified in Hot 26TM with Grace Morales as
well as Level 1 Universal Yoga with Andrey Lappa. In 2007, MyLinda
completed a 40 hour Power Vinyasa Teacher Training, The Art of
Sequencing, with Rolf Gates. In 2008, MyLinda was awarded an
Advanced 320 Hour Teacher Certification through the Southern Institute
of Yoga Instructors. MyLinda has studied
with numerous teachers including: Betty Larsen, John Charping,
Bryan Kest, Seane Corn, Nischala Joy Devi, Bhaskar Alan
Deva, Aadil Palkhivala, Rod Stryker, Rodney Yee, Gary
Kraftsow, Betsey Downing, Rolf Gates, and Tias Little. MyLinda is a
senior
faculty member of several teacher training programs: Charlotte Yoga,
The Southern Institute for Yoga Instructors, and Power Alignment YogaTM
which she created and developed
www.poweralignmentyoga.com. MyLinda and her
husband of 20 years, Paul, live in Florida where they enjoy waterskiing all year long. |

Jodie began practicing yoga
eight
years ago. To take her practice
deeper and share the love of yoga with others, Jodie completed a 200
hour Kripalu teacher training program under Yoganand Michael Carroll.
Jodie loves to learn and explore different styles of yoga and
continues to take workshops and trainings. She works full time
as a Registered Nurse and believes in the holistic healing benefits of
regular yoga practice. |

Suzanne Bergen RYT |

|
Suzanne began her yoga
journey in 1993 in New York City practicing Ashtanga yoga with Beryl
Bender Birch and she has been hooked on yoga ever since! At the time,
Suzanne was training for marathons. In 1997, Suzanne moved to
Charlotte with her husband Joe and triplet boys; she began practicing Power Yoga with her
neighbor, Grace Morales. Suzanne completed Power Yoga and
Hot 26TM Yoga teacher training with Grace Morales in 2005
and is registered with Yoga Alliance at the 200 hour level.
In 2006, she completed a week long Hot 26TM Yoga intensive with
Grace Morales. Suzanne has attended workshops with Bryan Kest, Sean Corne,
and John Friend.

Danielle Garland RYT |

Danielle received her Master
of Fine Arts in Painting and Printmaking from Virginia Commonwealth
University in 1997. Upon graduating she was hired to teach at UNCC
which is what brought her to Charlotte. In 2003 Danielle found
Charlotte Yoga and embraced the possibilities yoga had to offer her
and how it positively affected her art. She completed Power Yoga and
Hot 26TM Teacher Training with Grace Morales in 2005 and is
in the process of becoming certified with the Yoga Alliance at the 500
hour level. Danielle is certified in Level 1 Universal Yoga with
Andrey Lappa and has attended workshops with Grace Morales and Bryan Kest. |

Jaimi Jones

Upon moving to Charlotte in December of 2004, Jaimi took her first
yoga class with Grace Morales at Charlotte Yoga. After years as a
dedicated student, Jaimi decided it was time to take her practice to
the next level and start teaching again.
In
May 2008 she completed a 200 hour Power Yoga Teacher Training with
Grace Morales. She has attended workshops with Baron Baptiste
and Stephanie Keach.

Annelise
Lonidier |

While living in Boston, Annelise studied under Richard Lanza,
Jene Rossi, and Susan Frazier, completing her 200-hour Yoga Alliance
Teacher Training at Open Doors on the South Shore. She returned
to North Carolina in 2004 and began teaching in downtown Greensboro,
introducing yoga to a new audience. Annelise began practicing at
Charlotte Yoga in 2002. She continues to train and has
attended workshops with Baron Baptiste, Shiva Rea, and John Friend. |

Terrie Reeves |

Terrie has over 16 years experience as a fitness professional and
currently owns and manages
EnergyQuest...Future Fitness.
She is also the founder of
Wellness Coalition America,
helping people to make more informed choices to lead healthier
lives. Terrie is a Four-time National Aerobics Champion, and a popular
personal trainer with an extensive background in dance, aerobics,
yoga, martial arts, and boxing.
Terrie has been practicing yoga for the past 3 years
and has attended numerous workshops and training sessions. AFFA Certified. |

Lee Anne Smith

Lee Anne first began her yoga practice
in 2003 and began practicing at Charlotte Yoga in 2006. Lee Anne
has a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture with a concentration in
graphic design.
She has completed her 230 hour Yoga Alliance Teaching
Training through the Bodhi Tree Yoga School of Charlotte
as well a 200 Hour Power Yoga Yoga Alliance Teaching Training
through Charlotte Yoga. She has completed a 40 hour vinyasa yoga teacher training with Rolf Gates.
She completed her first 40 hour training on Prana
with Rod Stryker in May 2008.
Lee Anne has
also
studied with Sarah Powers, Lesa Crocker, Andrey Lappa and Grace Morales and has
completed master classes with Stephanie Keach and Bryan Kest.

Karen Swart

Karen first began her
yoga practice at Charlotte Yoga in 2003 and has a strong interest in
continuing her study of yoga. She completed Hot 26TM teacher training
with Grace Morales and Level I Universal Yoga Teacher Training with
Andrey Lappa. She has also taken workshops with Rolf Gates and Bryan
Kest. She received her 200 hour Yoga Alliance
certification with Grace and MyLinda Morales in May 2008.
Karen has a Masters Degree in Communication Studies and has
worked in the corporate world for many years. |

Amity has been in
the fitness industry for 11 years. Amity was introduced to
yoga four years ago while exploring ways to enhance her teaching of
Pilates. She was seeking new ways to challenge the core and
looking to incorporate them into the classes that she was already
teaching.
She is certified as a
Spinning instructor, Pilates instructor and Yoga instructor.
In May 2008 Amity was certified through Charlotte Yoga at the 200
hour level. She has taken several
workshops and trained under Stephanie Keach. |
