500 Hour Power Yoga Teacher Training

Registration will soon open for 500 Hour Power Yoga Teacher Training at Charlotte Yoga. The training begins January 2009 and runs through August 2009. Join Grace and MyLinda for 12 inspiring weekends (over 270 contact hours!!) of advanced Power Yoga Teaching!!

2008		 Ashtanga Yoga Beginning Thursday May 29th, Charlotte Yoga will be offering Ashtanga from 7:05-8:30p (this class was previously Power Mixed).  Join us for a challenging and invigorating class!

2008		 Discount on trainings If you have taken Yoga Teacher Trainings at Charlotte Yoga and would like a refresher course you are in luck!! Charlotte Yoga is offering previous Training students a 50% discount to retake Teacher Trainings!! Ask Grace for details.

2008		 Classes Added! Tanner will be teaching an early morning Power Hour on Wednesdays and Fridays from 6:30a-7:30a.  This is a donation class, however, donations from this class go directly to the teacher.  Suggested donation $10.

2008		 Community Classes at Charlotte Yoga

Charlotte Yoga is offering Power Hour community classes every:

Tuesday and Thursday from 12:30p to 1:30p

Our community classes will be taught by students from our Power Yoga Teacher Training! 

We are accepting donations for attendance of these classes (suggested donation, $10.00).  No sessions are deducted from your class pass.  All proceeds collected will be donated to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Charlotte.
